We offer warranties on the work completed by Accurate Home Remodeling, which will be specified in your contract. However, our warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to properly maintain the work.
We will do our best to resolve any issues that arise with the work completed; however, certain situations may require additional work that is not covered by the initial warranty.
Accurate Home Remodeling will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of business, profits, data, or other losses arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services that caused the damage.
